We provide drop-in visits, private walks, and overnight pet sitting in your home. Visits can include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, litter box care, and lots of gentle companionship.
Yes, when possible. A quick meet-and-greet helps us go over routines, access details, and anything that will help your pet feel comfortable.
Just reach out with your dates, + zip code, and a little about your pet. Name+age+breed+weight. We’ll confirm availability and next steps.
All clients receive one detailed update each evening between 6:00–8:00 PM, including photos and a recap of:
• Meals & water intake
• Potty breaks
• Walks & playtime
• Behavior & mood
• Any notable observations
This structured update ensures you receive consistent, thorough information about your pet’s day.
Additional Updates
If you would like additional updates during the day, please let us know in advance. We're happy to accommodate when possible.
Urgent Matters
If anything urgent or out of the ordinary occurs, We will contact you immediately.
Your pet’s safety and well-being are always our top priority.
Response Times
To ensure we're fully present with the pets in our care:
• Routine messages are responded to within business hours.
• Messages sent after 8:00 PM may be responded to the next day unless urgent.
Limiting routine messaging outside of update windows allows us to focus on providing attentive, quality care.
Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency:
• We will seek veterinary care immediately.
• We will contact you and your emergency contact as soon as possible.
Holiday & High-Volume Periods
During holidays or peak seasons, response times may be slightly delayed. However, all clients will still receive their scheduled daily update.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your pet’s spot. The remaining balance is due at time of service.
We understand schedules can shift. Please reach out as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to help with any changes based on availability.
Standard Cancellation:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before service start date will receive a refund of the deposit, minus any processing fees. Cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable.
Holiday/Peak Dates Cancellation:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before service start date will receive a refund of the deposit, minus any processing fees. Cancellations under 7 days are non-refundable.

During a drop-in, we’ll take care of your pet’s basic needs and spend time with them—whether that’s a walk, playtime, or just calm company. We’ll send photo /video updates after each visit.
Overnight care means we stay in your home so your pet can keep their normal routine. We’ll provide evening and morning care, potty breaks, meals, and comfort throughout the stay.
